STIMUL in few days, some more exciting details!

Next STIMUL is very close. On Tuesday 17th June MIKE PATTON & ZU will have a Czech support: noise-electronica one-man project upejr. Great news for next day - MATMOS will be joined by their "honorary member" J Lesser.
Even better news for you form the venue: Archa Theatre is selling few more "double day tickets" for reduced price in Happy Hour at their box office on Monday 16th June (11 am - 1 pm). So, take a last minute chance and see you at STIMUL on 17th and 18th June! Your STIMUL team

17th June 2008: That´s the date. In Archa Theatre in Prague will be the show of experimental voice chameleon MIKE PATTON with fabulous Italian hardcore-free jazz trio ZU! Another STIMUL show - MATMOS + Zavoloka!

We are very happy to announce next STIMUL concert in 2008: MATMOS! 18th June 2008 in Archa Theatre, Prague. The Matmos shows are everything but a quiet clicking of comfortably seated laptop players - they have a reputation as funny live performance full of sampling and original video screenings. STIMUL festival this spring - FONAL records show on 24th March

STIMUL festival decided to focus main activities to autumn 2007, so in the spring there will be only one concert - but very special one. On 24th March in Experimental area Roxy/NoD will perform 3 artists from progressive Finnish label Fonal records. Fresh generation of Finnish lo-fi underground - ISLAJA, ES and KEMIALLISET YSTÄVÄT are gonna introduce their movies (Febiofest 2007, on 23rd March) and first of all they will perform their music for the first time in the Czech republic. Don´t miss their show on 24th March from 7:30pm Prague´s Roxy/NoD experimental venue (Dlouhá 33, 1. patro). More about the concert and artists.

Another free download of STIMUL festival concert

We are glad to present an audio documentation of one of the highlights of 2006 edition of Prague's Stimul Festival. In cooperation with Audiotong from Poland, you can download for free unbelievable sets of four masters of experimental audio and video art.
